Tiger Woods in negotiations with “another company” for use of his video game rights

Speaking to ESPN, Tiger Woods’ agent Mark Steinberg revealed he’s in negotiations with an unnamed company for the use of the golf pro’s name and likeness, now that Tiger’s EA deal has fallen through.

“We had an incredible run. Outside of [John] Madden, you would be hard pressed to find a sports figure that meant as much to a video game company as Tiger meant to EA. But times are changing and EA had to re-evaluate the partnership, and frankly so did we.”

Tiger Woods and EA have been partnered up for quite sometime now, and it will be interesting to see who he will partner up with next.
