S&S Tech Review: LunaTik Watchband

WHAT IS IT?

Ever since the 6th Generation iPod Nano was announced in September of 2010, people have wanted to use the Nano as a watch. LunaTik, a company known for their high-quality iPhone cases,  designed the best and affordable way to do so.

LunaTik sells it's products in two different lines, the LunaTik and TikTok. The TikTok is the lower quality, inexpensive watchband, made out of plastic that offers mild safety. The LunaTik is more expensive, made of high grade aluminum that completely encases your iPod, and is available in stylish colors and materials such as leather.

WHO'S IT FOR?

The TikTok is perfect for someone who wants a stylish looking and functional watch that won't break the bank that still offers a mild sense of security. It comes in black, aqua blue, white, neon pink, and yellow. The LunaTik is for a consumer who wants an incredibly fashionable and high quality watch band that offers a superior amount of protection and is willing to pay a premium for it. The LunaTik is available in black, silver, red, camo, and brown or black leather.

TikTok Line-$19.95
LunaTik Line
     Black-$44.95
     Silver-$39.95
     Red-$39.95
     Camo-$49.95
     Chicago Black Leather-$64.95
     Chicago "Dusty" Leather-$64.95

FINAL THOUGHTS!

LunaTik cases are affordable and highly stylish watchbands that exceed expectations while maintaining a reasonable price range. The only problem I experienced while using any of LunaTik's products is the formation of very small cracks in the TikTok strap after removing the iPod numerous times, but it's more of an aesthetic problem, as the watch strap still functions perfectly.

  1. I think there is a typo, you said Tik Tok twice in the second paragraph.
