Halo 5: Guardians Features Strong Female Characters

Halo 5's development director Frank O’Connor has gifted us a couple of small details regarding their big project, stating that there will be a number of strong female characters and also a new engine to power the game.  

“There will be plenty of strong female characters in the game, but that is not a picture of one of them.”

He also talked about how the original engine made up a very small part of the current engine being used. “The things at the core are vital, but a tiny fraction of the overall engine footprint. It’s a new engine. Not an iteration or a rendering evolution. It’s a new engine.”
