S&S News: TimeGate Studios Files For Chapter 11

TimeGate Studios, the developer behind Section 8, has filed for chapter 11.

According to court documents, TimeGate Studios followed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Wednesday. This information comes after the lawsuit over the recently released game Aliens: Colonial Marines, which was said to be falsely advertised. 

TimeGate Studios was involved in another suit, this time with itself and SohthPeak. There was a charge of fraud which ended in TimeGate losing the Section 8 license. Now the company faces $7.35 Million in damages.
