Watch Dogs PC Patch in Development

PC players of Watch Dogs have been experiencing some very severe bugs and the graphical issues of stuttering and lag haven’t been completely resolved, but it looks like an update is on the way to fix these issues.

Graphics technical director Sebastien Viard shared his thoughts on these problems and advised users on what they can do to alleviate them on Twitter.  “Watch Dogs can use 3+ GB of RAM on NG consoles for graphics, your PC GPU needs enough VRAM for ultra options due to the lack of unified memory.

If you experience lag/stutter on a fast PC, try to lower one of those settings to reduce the GPU VRAM usage: texture quality, AA, resolution.”

Viard then confirmed that a PC patch for the game was in the works.
