SimCity offline update in “final testing,” coming really soon

SimCity’s long awaited offline play update is almost upon us, according to the game’s Twitter account, which noted that update ten is “in final testing” and “almost there”. Update ten includes many fixes and features but offline play is the big one many fans have been waiting for since the game originally launched last year.
